2026년 9월 21일 오전 10시 경부터 오후 5시까지 Chzzk Downloader Suite 서버와 블로그 서비스 등 일부 서비스에 접속 장애 및 중단 문제가 발생하였습니다.
확인 결과 해당 시간대에 서버가 운영되는 데이터 센터에서 전원 공급에 문제가 있었던 것으로 추정되며 이에 따라 서버 및 네트워크 장비가 종료되면서 서비스 이용이 일시적으로 중단되었습니다. 이후 오후 5시 경 전원 공급이 정상화되었고 관련 장비와 서비스가 순차적으로 재시작되어, 오후 5시 반부터는 모든 서비스가 정상적으로 동작하고 있습니다.
다행히도 서비스 자체의 문제나 데이터 손상은 확인되지 않았으며 모두 정상임을 확인하였습니다.

Service Outage Notice
From approximately 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM KST on September 21, 2026, some services, including the Chzzk Downloader Suite servers and blog services, experienced connectivity issues and service interruptions.
Based on our investigation, there appears to have been an issue with the power supply at the data center where the servers are operated. As a result, the servers and network equipment were shut down, temporarily interrupting access to the services. Power was restored at approximately 5:00 PM KST, after which the affected equipment and services were restarted sequentially. All services have been operating normally since approximately 5:30 PM KST.
Fortunately, no issues with the services themselves or data corruption have been identified, and we have confirmed that all services are operating normally.

サービス接続障害のお知らせ
2026年9月21日午前10時頃から午後5時まで、Chzzk Downloader Suiteのサーバーおよびブログサービスなど、一部のサービスにおいて接続障害およびサービス停止が発生しました。
確認の結果、サーバーを運用しているデータセンターで電源供給に問題が発生したものとみられ、それに伴いサーバーおよびネットワーク機器が停止し、一時的にサービスをご利用いただけない状態となりました。その後、午後5時頃に電源供給が正常化し、関連機器およびサービスが順次再起動され、午後5時30分頃からすべてのサービスが正常に稼働しています。
幸い、サービス自体の問題やデータの破損は確認されておらず、すべて正常であることを確認しています。
